Wendy Perello, LCSW

Wendy Perello, LCSW, has a specialized focus on helping women navigate through life transitions, trauma, career-focused stress, and self-esteem challenges. As a relationship expert, Wendy also works very closely with women who struggle with anxious attachment and other relationship difficulties.

Life is full of transitions that are challenging to navigate alone. The ever-changing priority shifts you experience in parenthood, relationships, women’s issues, your career, and caring for aging parents can feel overwhelming and leave you stuck in unhealthy thinking and behavior cycles. Wendy can help you work through your challenges and gain insight into who you are and where you’re headed using a collaborative, compassionate, and holistic approach.

Becoming a therapist in her 40s after a successful career in marketing allows Wendy to bring a wealth of life experience and empathy to her sessions.
